I don't know what you're talking about regarding gun rights and sounding conservative. Obama clearly said that he would not take away guns people already have in their home. Assuming he's not lying his ass off like he has been for years on this subject, and he really does not intend to enact confiscation. So? This leaves him free to ban the sale/transfer of any style, if not all styles, of firearms and/or ammunition, without breaking his campaign promise.

Meanwhile, remember, this is this nutjob who has a history of swearing to uphold and protect the constitution, then turning around and voting in favor of state level firearms bans.

But I take your meaning. He certain has come to sound much more like what people want than what he actually is. He's a lying power monger career politician whose primary skill is that he talks like a preacher - bullshitting people into blindly believing him.

Who is having a pool on how soon and how strict the 'gun control' legislation Pelosi/Reid/O'nutball pass will be? Put me down for $10000 on "tyrannical" and "ASAfP". Can you say HR1022?
