A very low volume E-mail list for special announcements from Geoff
To add or remove yourself from Geoff's list look at the examples below, then send a message to:
majordomo@listserv.ninehundred.net
If you wish to subscribe, the body of the message is "subscribe geoff_journal".
To remove yourself from the list the body of the message is "unsubscribe
geoff_journal". In either case you will get a message back from the
server indicating if the operation was a success or not. In addition,
if you are subscribing, you will get another message with an authorization
code. Copy the code into a new message and send it off to majordomo@listserv.ninehundred.net.
You must send the confirmation back authorizing the server to add you
to the list.
If you use a signature file, you should use the word "end" on the line
following the subscribe, unsubscribe or authorization commands. This
will prevent the server from trying to interpret your signature as a set
of commands.

From: "Jim Doogan" <jd@hotmail.com>
To: majordomo@listserv.ninehundred.net
Subject: Subject does not matter

Authorization Example:
(The server will send a message titled: "Confirmation for subscribe
geoff_journal" with a code and command which you will send back to the
server as in the following example)
